Learning Process

My one of mentors, Robin Grace asked me the first day of my internship what I wanted to be when graduate high school. I explained to her that I wanted to work in the medical field as an registered nurse. I also told her how I wanted to work in the hospital at first. She understood what I wanted to learn and helped me learned through what they could offer. The first thing I started doing is checking patients' insurance balances.  A few weeks after I was scanning medical documents such as EOB, patient's paperwork and more. A few weeks after I started shadowing behind my other mentor, Tamara. Tamara has let me use the different devices in the office. She took me the rooms to see how she worked with the patients.
